Xeno-canto is an online repository with the mission to share wildlife sounds from around the world. With support from the Orthopterists' Society and the NLBIF, xeno-canto now hosts Orthoptera calls in addition to those of other animals. The repository was initially seeded with 1,500 recordings from Baudewijn Odé and is ever-growing.

This infobox summarizes the update of xeno-canto's recordings to HopperWiki, the number of species profiles that have sound data and the total number of species and recordings of Orthoptera on xeno-canto.
